Course Overview
This course provides structured content which aligns with statutory PSHE guidance and best practice for safe, inclusive and effective delivery. We have information packs which you can order below if you like the look of the course content:
Lesson 1: Harmful Stereotypes
Define stereotypes and discuss how and why they form.
Explore examples of common stereotypes (gender, age, ethnicity, professions) and challenge their validity.
Examine the impact of stereotypes on individuals and society, including how they fuel prejudice and discrimination.
Activities: Case studies, role play, and group discussion on challenging stereotypes and assumptions.

Lesson 2: Healthy Digital Boundaries
Define digital boundaries and why they are important for safety and wellbeing.

Explore the concept of consent in digital spaces (e.g., sharing others’ content, group chats).
